Description

Blonde Crow Pinot Noir Shiraz is a bright, chillable red blend from Western Australia's cool south.

The Great Southern is Western Australia's coolest wine region, and Mount Barker, at its heart, is known for fine, perfumed reds. This blend pairs Pinot Noir, which gives a silky palate weight, with Shiraz, which adds deeper fruit and gentle tannins. The result is a fresh, medium-bodied red with red cherry, dark plum, potpourri and a hint of dried lavender. It is made to be enjoyed young and can take a light chill.

Pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving. Good company for a grazing board, salmon, pork tacos or a margherita pizza.
