Bremley Vineyard is a Tasmanian producer whose wines are made by Justin Bubb and Anna Pooley, one of Tasmania's most respected winemakers. Tasmania's cool maritime climate has made it one of Australia's most sought after sources of Chardonnay, both for sparkling wine and for fine still wines. The long, mild growing season lets the grape ripen slowly while keeping high natural acidity, giving wines of tension and finesse rather than weight. Tasmanian Chardonnay is typically made with a light touch in oak, often with some lees contact to add texture, so that the fruit's natural precision and the character of the site remain to the fore. The wine is sealed under screwcap.

Fine and taut, it suits seafood, roast chicken and creamy pasta; serve at around 11 degrees.
