Bremley Vineyard Pinot Noir is a cool climate Tasmanian Pinot Noir made by Justin Bubb and Anna Pooley.

Bremley Vineyard is a Tasmanian producer whose wines are made by Justin Bubb and Anna Pooley, one of Tasmania's most respected winemakers. Pinot Noir is Tasmania's most widely planted grape, and the island's cool maritime climate, with a long, gentle growing season and cool nights, is well suited to this demanding variety. Slow ripening allows the grape to develop flavour while holding the natural acidity and fine tannins that give Tasmanian Pinot Noir its reputation for elegance and perfume. The variety is typically made with careful extraction and a measured use of oak, so that the fruit and the character of the vineyard stay in focus. The wine is sealed under screwcap.

Fragrant and silky, it suits duck, mushroom dishes, salmon and roast pork; serve at around 15 degrees.
