Brokenwood Rosato 1.5L MAGNUM 2025

Brokenwood Rosato 1.5L MAGNUM is a dry, Italian-inspired rosé made from Sangiovese and Nebbiolo, here in a party-sized magnum.

Rosato is the Italian word for rosé, and the name reflects the two Italian varieties at the heart of this wine. Sangiovese and Nebbiolo are blended into a pale coral wine that sits between red and white styles: technically made from red grapes, yet with plenty of zesty acidity. The Nebbiolo contributes a floral lift, with Turkish delight and hints of rosewater, plus a touch of savoury tannin that gives the dry finish some grip. Spice and ginger notes run across the palate. The magnum format makes it a natural centrepiece for a long lunch or a summer gathering with friends.

Straight out of the ice bucket on a sunny day is how the winemakers suggest you enjoy it. Serve well chilled with antipasto, grilled prawns, prosciutto and melon or a Niçoise salad.
