Brokenwood Semillon 375ml 2025

Brokenwood Semillon 375ml is the winery's signature early-release Hunter Semillon in a convenient half bottle.

Few wines say Hunter Valley quite like young Semillon, and it remains one of the styles Brokenwood is best known for alongside its Shiraz. The half-bottle format suits a quick lunch, a picnic basket or a single glass each for two. Inside, the 2025 is green-tinted and luminous, with apple blossom and floral aromas followed by lime juice, green apple and lemon pith across a mouth-filling palate. Crisp natural acidity keeps it refreshing, and the finish lingers. Unoaked and bottled young, it is a textbook example of the region's early-release style, and it can also be tucked away to develop further.

Pour it well chilled alongside fish and chips by the water, a prawn cocktail or a green papaya salad.
