Description
Bruno Rocca Barbaresco Currà is a single-cru Nebbiolo from a south-east facing slope in Barbaresco.
Currà lies on the Neive side of the appellation, where the soils carry more sand than Rabajà and the wines come out a little more perfumed and approachable in their youth. Barbaresco requires a minimum of two years ageing before release, one of them in wood. Fermentation is with native yeast and maturation takes place in oak.
Decant and serve at 17 degrees with veal, mushroom risotto or hard cheese. It develops over fifteen years.
