Bruno Rocca Langhe Rosato 2023

Bruno Rocca Langhe Rosato is a dry rosé made from Nebbiolo in the Barbaresco hills.

Rosato from Nebbiolo is a minor tradition in Piedmont, where the variety's high acidity and pale pigment suit the style, and it gives something firmer and more savoury than a southern French rosé. The fruit comes from the estate's vineyards in the Barbaresco zone. The juice is drawn off after short skin contact and fermented cool.

Serve at 10 degrees with antipasti, seafood or a summer lunch. Drink within two years.
