Bundalong Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is a red from Coonawarra in the far south east of South Australia.

Coonawarra is a narrow strip of land famous for its terra rossa, a shallow, rust-red topsoil lying over limestone. The climate is cool for South Australia, influenced by the Southern Ocean, and the combination gives Cabernet Sauvignon with firm structure and a distinctive mint and blackcurrant character. It is widely regarded as the country's leading district for the grape.

It suits roast lamb, grilled steak, beef pie and hard cheeses; serve at around 18 degrees.
