Buscemi il Bianco 2022

Buscemi il Bianco is a Sicilian white from vineyards on the island's volcanic and limestone soils.

Sicily has shifted over three decades from bulk production to serious wine, with growers working native varieties at altitude where the heat is tempered. White wines here are built on acidity and salinity rather than weight. The wine is fermented cool and bottled without heavy oak.

Serve at 11 degrees with grilled fish, seafood pasta or antipasti. Drink within four years.
