Cantine Prà Soave Classico 'Otto' DOC 2025

Cantine Prà Soave Classico 'Otto' is a fresh, mineral Garganega from the historic Classico hills of Soave in the Veneto.

Based at Monteforte d'Alpone, Graziano Prà's family estate is one of the leading names in Soave, known for taking Garganega seriously and helping to lift the reputation of the appellation. The Classico zone covers the original hillside heart of Soave east of Verona, where volcanic soils give the wines a distinctive mineral freshness. 'Otto' is the estate's entry point to its Soave Classico range, made from Garganega. Expect a pale yellow colour and aromas of hawthorn and jasmine, green apple and almond, with a palate of clear mineral freshness and plenty of flavour.

Enjoy it well chilled as an aperitif with Parma ham and fresh cheeses, or at the table with risotto, lake fish, pasta or a fresh vegetable soup.
