Catalina Sounds Pinot Noir 2024

Catalina Sounds Pinot Noir comes from Marlborough's Southern Valleys, the sub-region best suited to the variety.

The Southern Valleys sit back from the Wairau plain on heavier clay soils, which gives Pinot Noir more structure than the free-draining river gravels further north. Catalina Sounds was established in 2005 and its home vineyard, Sound of White, sits at around 200 metres in the Waihopai Valley. The wine is fermented with some whole bunches and matured in French oak.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, salmon or mushroom dishes. Drink over the next six years.
