Description

Catalina Sounds Sound of White Classic Sauvignon Blanc is a single-vineyard wine from the estate's Waihopai Valley home block.

The Sound of White vineyard was first planted in 2005, sits around 200 metres above sea level and has its own microclimate and soil profile, which is why the estate bottles it separately from its regional wines. The Classic is the unoaked expression, made to show the site rather than the cellar. Catalina Sounds is certified by Appellation Marlborough Wine and SWNZ.

Serve at 9 degrees with shellfish, salads or fresh goat's cheese. Drink within three years.
