Catalina Sounds Sound of White Pinot Noir 2022

Catalina Sounds Sound of White Pinot Noir comes from the estate's own vineyard in the Waihopai Valley.

The Waihopai forms part of Marlborough's Southern Valleys, where clay soils and elevation give Pinot Noir firmer structure than the Wairau gravels. The Sound of White vineyard was planted in 2005 and is the source of the winery's single-vineyard range. Fruit is hand-picked, fermented with whole bunches and matured in French oak.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, venison or a mushroom tart. It develops over eight years.
