Cave de Turckheim Pinot Blanc Tradition 2024

Cave de Turckheim Pinot Blanc Tradition is a dry, easy-drinking white from the village of Turckheim in Alsace.

On the Fecht river west of Colmar, this growers' co-operative draws on members' vineyards across the surrounding communes, including parcels in the Brand grand cru. The everyday tier is made in volume but in the same clean, dry house style as the wines above it. These grapes come from the valley floor and lower slopes, are pressed gently and fermented cool in steel, then rest briefly on lees before going under screwcap.

Soft, dry and gently textured, a handy aperitif and house white. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C with charcuterie, quiche, pork terrine or a simple roast chicken.
