Cesari Soave Classico Tremenalto DOC 2024

Cesari Soave Classico DOC is a classic expression of Garganega from the historic hillside vineyards of the Soave Classico zone in Veneto. This original heart of Soave, centred around the medieval village of Soave, is known for its volcanic soils and elevated sites, which bring structure, freshness and a subtle mineral edge to the wines. Compared to broader Soave DOC, the Classico designation highlights fruit grown in these older, more characterful vineyards.

Made from 100% Garganega, the region’s signature white grape, this wine reflects a traditional and restrained style of Italian white. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts to preserve purity and varietal expression, resulting in a wine that balances delicacy with structure. Garganega is prized for its ability to produce wines that are both approachable in youth and capable of subtle development over time.

This is a refined, dry and versatile white - defined by balance, gentle texture and a quiet persistence - making it a natural match for light dishes, seafood and simple Italian fare.
