Chaffey Bros source their fruit from old vines in the Springton hills, then keep the winemaking simple with a gentle, cool ferment to capture the fruit. The label is a cheeky nod to the idea that Riesling is old-fashioned: this is a crisp, lively wine that feels thoroughly modern.
