Chaffey Bros Salvis Gratia Semillon is a zesty yet opulent Semillon with real texture and depth.

Semillon has a long history in the Barossa, where early settlers planted it widely, and some very old vines remain. Chaffey Bros use old-vine fruit to make a richer, more textural style than the lean young Semillons of the Hunter Valley. Lemon curd, white nectarine and toasted nuts sit alongside beeswax, white flowers and citrus, with a zesty acid line keeping everything fresh.

Pair it with roast pork, chicken schnitzel, crab linguine or a creamy cheese. Serve it lightly chilled, not icy cold, so the texture comes through.
