ChaLou Lou Skinny Rosé 2025

ChaLou Lou Skinny Rosé is a light, crisp rosé from the Orange and Canowindra area of New South Wales, made for easy drinking.

Brief skin contact is the trick with this style: the red grapes are pressed quickly and the pale juice goes into stainless steel for a cool ferment, which keeps it crunchy and fruity. It belongs to the winery's everyday range, made to be drunk young, and the name points to a lighter, easier style. High vineyards on an old volcano, many above 600 metres, bring cool nights and bright natural acidity.

Crisp and refreshing, so drink it young and cold. At 6–8°C it's great on its own or with salads, prawns, soft cheeses and summer lunches outdoors.
