ChaLou Lou Sparkling Arneis 2025

ChaLou Lou Sparkling Arneis is a frothy, easy-drinking sparkling white made from the Italian grape Arneis in Orange.

In the Roero hills of Piedmont, the grape's name loosely means 'little rascal', a nod to how tricky it is to grow. It has found a home in cool Australian regions such as Orange, where the slopes around Mount Canobolas provide the fresh acidity it needs. The family makes it in several styles, and this fizzy one keeps the pear and floral character bright and is made for drinking young.

Gently aromatic, with pear and citrus. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C as an aperitif, or with antipasto, fried calamari or light seafood dishes.
