ChaLou Riesling Orange 2025

ChaLou Riesling Orange is a crisp, dry, unoaked Riesling from the high-altitude Orange region.

Orange has quietly earned a name for fine, citrus-driven Riesling in the line of the Clare and Eden Valleys, though with its own more delicate edge. Cool nights on the slopes of Mount Canobolas keep the acidity and aromatics intact. The fruit is picked for freshness and fermented cool in stainless steel with no oak, protecting its lime and floral character.

Lime, green apple and a mineral finish. Lovely young at 8–10°C with oysters, Vietnamese dishes, grilled fish or a Thai-style salad, and it has the acidity to pick up toasty notes with some years in bottle.
