ChaLou Sauvignon Blanc 2025

ChaLou Sauvignon Blanc is a zesty, unoaked white from the Orange region, made for drinking young.

For this grape, few places on mainland Australia do better than Orange. Cold nights and a slow season on Mount Canobolas keep natural acidity and aromatic lift, while still letting riper tropical and citrus notes come through. The fruit is handled gently, fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled early without oak. It's meant for its first year or two.

Passionfruit, citrus and herbs, all zip and life. Serve it cold (6–8°C) with goat's cheese, asparagus, seafood, sushi or summer salads.
