Chambers Old Vine Muscadelle 375ml

Chambers Old Vine Muscadelle is drawn from the estate's oldest plantings of the variety at Rutherglen.

Rutherglen's fortified wines are classified by age and concentration, and the older material carries far more intensity than the entry tier. Muscadelle, once labelled Tokay, is raisined on the vine, fortified with neutral spirit and aged in old casks in sheds that reach high temperatures through summer, which drives the slow concentration. The Chambers family has been here since 1858.

Serve in small glasses at 14 degrees with sticky puddings, dried fruit or blue cheese. An opened bottle keeps for months.
