Champagne Agrapart Grand Cru Terroirs Blanc de Blancs is drawn entirely from Grand Cru sites in four villages of the Côte des Blancs.

Agrapart is based at Avize and is among the most respected grower houses in Champagne, farming organically and working with a long view of site expression. Terroirs sits at the entry point of the range but is already one of the region's most compelling Blancs de Blancs. The fruit is one hundred per cent Grand Cru, sourced only from good sites across Avize, Cramant, Oger and Oiry, with an average vine age of more than forty years. This release blends 2017 with 2016, the reserve wine accounting for a substantial sixty per cent of the cuvée. After a natural fermentation, half the wine matured in large-format neutral oak, and it then spent forty-six months on lees. Dosage was held to five grams per litre and disgorgement was carried out by hand in March 2022.

Drinking well now and capable of ten years. Serve at 8°C with oysters, sashimi or a plate of hard cheese.
