Champagne Jacques Selosse Collection Lieux-Dits NV

Champagne Jacques Selosse Collection Lieux-Dits is a six-bottle set of the domaine's single-vineyard Champagnes, two of which are never sold separately.

The collection gathers three blanc de blancs from Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs — Cramant's Chemin de Châlons, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger's Les Carelles and Avize's Les Chantereines — alongside three blanc de noirs from Pinot Noir sites: Sous le Mont in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, La Côte Faron in Aÿ and Le Bout du Clos in Ambonnay. Four of the lieux-dits, those with larger production, are sometimes offered individually; the Cramant and the Avize are only ever available in the box set. Selosse's parcel in Les Chantereines measures just 0.8 hectares, and the best barrel is set aside for the collection. The Chemin de Châlons site in Cramant is smaller still at 0.35 hectares, from which a single barrel is likewise selected.

A set for comparative tasting rather than a single pour. Serve at 8°C with oysters, roast poultry and aged hard cheeses.
