Champagne Laherte Frères Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature in 3L jeroboam is a zero-dosage Chardonnay from the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay.

The Laherte family has farmed in Chavot since 1889 and is now in its seventh generation under Aurélien Laherte, working a patchwork of small parcels with organic and biodynamic practice. This cuvée is built on a base year with reserve wine, bottled without dosage so the chalk and the fruit carry the wine. A jeroboam holds four bottles and ages slowly.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, sashimi, tempura or a plate of Comté, and open it for a table of eight or more.
