Champagne Laherte Frères Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature is a half-and-half blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier bottled without dosage.

Laherte Frères works in the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay and the Marne Valley, where Aurélien Laherte has built a reputation for taking Pinot Meunier as seriously as the more celebrated varieties. This Blanc de Noirs sits alongside the estate's Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature and is drawn equally from Pinot Noir at Le Breuil in the Marne Valley and Pinot Meunier from Chavot and Moussy in the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay. The current release blends the 2021 and 2020 harvests in equal parts. In the cellar the vins clairs ferment naturally in aged barrel and foudre, the wine completes malolactic conversion, and it is bottled with no dosage at all so as to keep the fruit intensity and the chalky, saline freshness of the sites intact. It was disgorged in May 2023.

Drink now or over the next five years, with charcuterie, roast quail or grilled prawns. Serve at around 8 degrees.
