Description
Grand Cru Bouzy is a vintage Champagne from grower Laherte Frères, drawn from the village of Bouzy in France.
Bouzy sits on the southern slope of the Montagne de Reims and holds grand cru status, the top tier of Champagne's village classification, and the village is best known for its dark-skinned plantings. Laherte Frères bottles this as a single-village vintage release; the label records a December 2025 disgorgement. The blend is not stated.
Champagne from Bouzy generally shows more weight and depth than a lighter village blend. Serve at around 10 degrees with roast poultry, veal, or a plate of hard cheese.
