Description
Les Beaudiers is a vintage rosé Champagne from grower Laherte Frères in Champagne, France, made by the saignée method.
Laherte Frères is a grower-producer based at Chavot in the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay, working its own parcels. Rosé de saignée means the juice is left on the dark skins and then drawn off, rather than coloured by blending red wine in, which is why the saignée style usually ends up deeper in colour. The label records a December 2025 disgorgement.
Saignée rose Champagne is generally fuller and more red-fruited than a blended rosé, with more texture to it. Serve at around 10 degrees with charcuterie, duck, or roast poultry.
