Description

Les Empreintes is a vintage Champagne from grower Laherte Frères in France.

Laherte Frères keeps a number of its Chavot parcels separate and bottles them as named cuvées, of which this is one; the name translates as imprints. The label records a November 2025 disgorgement, so the wine has had a long stay on its lees before release. The blend is not stated and we have not guessed at it.

A vintage grower Champagne with this much time before disgorgement usually trades some of its early bite for texture and a fuller mid-palate. Serve at 10 to 11 degrees with poultry, veal, or a hard aged cheese.
