Description

Les Grandes Crayères is a vintage single-parcel Champagne from grower Laherte Frères in France.

Crayères is the local word for the chalk pits of Champagne, and the name marks out one named parcel that Laherte Frères bottles on its own rather than blending away. The label records a December 2025 disgorgement. We do not hold the grape or the dosage for this cuvée, so neither appears here.

Single-parcel Champagne of this sort is usually made to show site rather than house style, and tends to be dry and tightly drawn. Serve at 9 to 11 degrees with shellfish, poultry, or a mild soft cheese.
