Champagne Laherte Frères Les Longues Voyes Blanc de Noirs is a single-parcel Champagne made entirely from Pinot Noir in the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay.

Les Longues Voyes is a parcel at Chavot, south of Épernay, in a sector where Chardonnay and Meunier are the rule and Pinot Noir the exception, which is much of the reason the plot is bottled on its own rather than blended away. Laherte Frères, run by Aurélien Laherte, farms its many small parcels individually and vinifies them the same way, with natural fermentation in wood, long ageing on lees and minimal dosage. The wine was disgorged by hand in February 2019, as all the house's Champagnes are.

Drinking now and worth a few more years in the cellar; serve with roast poultry, mushroom risotto or a mature cheese at around 8°C.
