Champagne Laherte Frères Ultradition NV

Ultradition is Laherte Frères' signature non-vintage blend, built from 60% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir sourced across the house's three Champagne sub-regions and bottled with a light 6-8 g/l dosage.

Laherte Frères is a family estate in Chavot founded in 1889, now run by the sixth and seventh generations, farming naturally and dynamically without chemical inputs and vinifying parcel by parcel with extensive use of oak barrels and foudres to build texture in even their entry-level cuvées.

Rounded and generous with orchard fruit and brioche notes, it's a versatile, all-purpose Champagne for aperitifs or the whole meal; serve at around 8-10 degrees.
