Champagne Laherte Freres Ultradition NV is a grower Champagne from the Marne in France, bottled as a 1500ml magnum from the 2022 base year and disgorged in October 2025.

Laherte Freres is a family-run grower house based at Chavot in the Coteaux Sud d'Epernay, south of the Marne valley, and Ultradition is the house's non-vintage cuvee. The label carries both the base year and the disgorgement date, which is unusual outside grower Champagne and lets you place the bottle precisely: base 2022, disgorged October 2025. Magnums hold their freshness longer than standard bottles, so there is no hurry.

Expect the drier, more savoury register of grower Champagne rather than a soft commercial style, with orchard fruit and bready autolytic character from time on lees. Serve at 8 to 10 degrees, not ice cold, and treat the magnum as a table bottle with roast chicken, charcuterie or a whole fish to share.
