Champagne Pascal Agrapart Grand Cru Terroirs Blanc de Blancs is sourced entirely from grand cru sites across four Côte des Blancs villages.

Terroirs draws only on grand cru fruit from Avize, Cramant, Oger and Oiry, four of the most highly regarded villages of the Côte des Blancs, with vines averaging more than fifty years of age. This release is based on three vintages — 2021, 2020 and 2019 — and reserve wine from the earlier years makes up a remarkable 70% of the blend, which is unusual at this level and a large part of what gives the wine its depth. After natural fermentation, half the wine matured in large-format neutral oak, and it spent over thirty-six months on lees. Dosage is held to 3 g/L and disgorgement was carried out by hand in June 2025. It sits a clear step above the house's 7 Crus bottling.

Already excellent, though another year under cork will do it good. Serve at 8°C with oysters, sashimi or a mushroom tart.
