Champagne Philipponnat Clos de Goisses Juste Rosé is a saignée-inflected rosé from the steep, south-facing walled vineyard above the Marne at Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.

Clos des Goisses rises sharply from the edge of the Marne and is planted to 3.5 hectares of Pinot Noir and two of Chardonnay. It was the first site in Champagne to be bottled as a single vineyard, and its combination of very chalky soil, southerly aspect and an average growing-season temperature about 1.5°C above the regional norm gives one of the most powerful wines in the region, yet one that holds its acidity through warm years. The Juste Rosé was added in 1999. It follows a similar blend to the Clos des Goisses blanc with the addition of saignée Pinot Noir from lieux-dits within the clos, including La Dure, Le Collet, Les 28 Verges, Les Petits Cintres and Les Jolivets Noirs. Only two to three thousand bottles are made, released after around nine years of ageing.

Released mature and good for another decade; serve at 8–10°C with roast duck, salmon or a plate of jamón.
