Champagne Taittinger Brut Millésimé is a vintage Champagne, declared only in the stronger years.

A vintage Champagne must come entirely from a single harvest and age at least three years before release, where the non-vintage wines blend across years for consistency. Taittinger's vintage blend leans on Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs alongside Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims. The house has been in family hands since 1932 and ages its wines in the Roman chalk cellars under Reims.

Serve at 9 degrees with shellfish, roast poultry or hard cheese. It will develop for a decade.
