Description

Champagne Taittinger Brut Millésimé in the 1.5L magnum is a vintage Champagne presented in a Twinkle gift box.

Taittinger has held its Reims cellars in the chalk crayères beneath Saint-Nicaise since 1932, and the house style leans on Chardonnay more than most. The Millésimé is made only in years the house considers worth declaring, half Chardonnay from grand cru sites on the Côte des Blancs and half Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, then aged on lees for years before release. Magnum is the format Champagne ages best in, with less oxygen per unit of wine.

Serve at 8 degrees with oysters, langoustine or aged hard cheese. Drink over the next fifteen years.
