Description

Champagne Taittinger Les Folies de La Marquetterie is a single-estate Champagne, presented gift boxed.

The wine comes from one walled vineyard surrounding the Château de la Marquetterie at Pierry, south of Épernay, the house Taittinger has owned since 1932. Pinot Noir leads a blend with Chardonnay from the same slope, and a portion is fermented in oak, which is unusual for the house and gives the wine its breadth.

Serve at 9 degrees with roast poultry, veal or mushroom dishes. Drink over the next six years.
