Description

Taittinger Nocturne City of Lights is the house's sec Champagne in a livery marking the night.

A sec Champagne carries between seventeen and thirty-two grams of sugar per litre, considerably more than a brut, which gives a rounder wine intended for the end of an evening rather than the start. The blend is Chardonnay-led in the Taittinger manner, with Pinot Noir and Meunier, aged on lees in the Roman chalk cellars beneath Reims.

Serve cold at 8 degrees with desserts, pastries or late in the evening. Drink on release.
