Château Carbonneau Margot Blanc 2025

Château Carbonneau Margot Blanc is a dry white Bordeaux from Sainte-Foy, on the edge of the Dordogne.

Sainte-Foy-Bordeaux lies at the eastern limit of the Bordeaux region, bordering Bergerac, with limestone and clay slopes above the river. Dry whites here are built on Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, the latter adding weight and length to the former's aromatics. The estate is a nineteenth-century property run as a family farm and guesthouse.

Serve at 10 degrees with oysters, goat's cheese or grilled fish. Drink within four years.
