Description
Description
Château de Terrefort Lescalle is a classic Bordeaux red from Macau, close to the famed Margaux appellation. This part of Bordeaux is known for elegant, structured reds with dark fruit, savoury character and a refined sense of freshness.
Made predominantly from Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a medium-bodied red with juicy plum, cassis, red berry fruit and subtle notes of tobacco and earth. The palate is smooth and balanced, with soft tannins and a fresh, food-friendly finish.
This is an approachable yet proper French Bordeaux, generous, savoury and beautifully versatile, ideal with roast meats, charcuterie, grilled dishes or a simple steak dinner.
