Description
Château Haut-Brisson Saint-Émilion is a Grand Cru from Bordeaux's Right Bank, drawing on the clay-and-limestone terroir that gives the appellation its generous, rounded style.
Saint-Émilion is one of Bordeaux's oldest wine regions, its vineyards spreading out from a hilltop medieval village across limestone plateau, slopes and sandier lower ground, each giving a slightly different expression of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Château Haut-Brisson sits towards the western part of the appellation on clay-limestone soils and is part of a small, focused portfolio of Saint-Émilion properties dedicated to precise, terroir-led winemaking. The blend is built around Merlot, with Cabernet Franc adding lift and definition.
This is a generous, rounded Saint-Émilion, approachable yet structured, and a natural match for roasted and grilled red meats.
