Château Laballe Coffret Mini 3x100 Ice, Rich & Gold is a boxed set of three 100ml bottles covering the estate's three-, twelve- and twenty-one-year-old Armagnacs.

The set comes in an eco-friendly poplar box made in France and carrying the estate's mantra, Armagnac is back. Laballe distils at Parleboscq in Bas Armagnac, at the edge of the Landes forest in Gascony. Ice is the youngest of the 3-12-21 collection, distilled from Ugni Blanc and aged at least three years in Landes oak barrels, a quarter of them new: fine-boned and fresh but with real body. Rich spends a minimum of twelve years in Landes oak and is made from 80% Ugni Blanc and 20% Baco, distilled in the wood-fired copper pot still; it is layered and generous, with earthy depth balanced by citrus lift. Gold carries at least twenty-one years of cask age and is the deepest and most expansive of the three.

The set works well as a tasting flight or a gift: pour Ice over ice or into a sidecar, sip Rich after dinner, and serve Gold neat at room temperature.
