Chatto Intrigue Pinot Noir 2025

Chatto Intrigue Pinot Noir is a single-site wine from Pipers River in northern Tasmania.

Pipers River's proximity to Bass Strait gives cool, even ripening and the fine tannin structure that marks the best Tasmanian Pinot Noir. Jim Chatto keeps each vineyard separate through the cellar so the differences between Tasmania's districts stay visible in the glass. Whole bunches and native yeast go into the ferment, with French oak maturation and restraint on new barrels.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, pork or roast beetroot. Drink over the next eight years.
