Chatto Isle Pinot Noir 2025

Chatto Isle Pinot Noir blends fruit from across Tasmania rather than a single district.

Tasmania's wine regions run from the Tamar and Pipers River in the north to the Coal River and Huon valleys in the south, each with its own character, and a blend across them gives balance rather than site expression. Jim Chatto works with all of them for his own label, which makes nothing but Pinot Noir. Fermentation uses whole bunches and native yeast; maturation is in seasoned French oak.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, salmon or mushroom risotto. Drink over the next six years.
