Clover Hill Blanc de Blancs MV

Clover Hill Blanc de Blancs is a traditional-method Tasmanian sparkling made entirely from Chardonnay.

A blanc de blancs is made from white grapes alone, which gives a finer, more citrus-driven wine than a blend including Pinot Noir. The estate sits at Pipers River in Tasmania's cool north, planted in 1986 specifically for sparkling, in a region whose maritime climate and low ripening temperatures give the high-acid base the method demands. MV stands for multi-vintage.

Serve at 8 degrees as an aperitif, or with oysters and fried food. Drink on release.
