Coeur des Sages Le Joueur Blanc de Blancs Brut NV

Coeur des Sages Le Joueur is a traditional-method sparkling made entirely from Chardonnay.

A blanc de blancs is made from white grapes alone. Burgundy's cool limestone country produces the high-acid base that bottle fermentation requires, which is why Crémant de Bourgogne has been made here for well over a century. The wine undergoes its second fermentation in bottle and rests on lees before disgorgement.

Serve at 8 degrees as an aperitif, or with oysters and fried food. Drink on release.
