Collector Jim's Picnic Riesling 2025

Collector Jim's Picnic Riesling is a crisp, dry Riesling from the cool Canberra District.

Riesling is one of the Canberra District's standout grapes, thriving in the region's cold winters, frosty nights and bright, sunny days. The long, even ripening builds flavour while holding onto natural acidity. This is a dry style, with white flowers and lime-led citrus threaded with herbal, floral and mineral notes, a crunchy mid-palate and a bright, lingering finish.

As the name suggests, this is a picnic favourite. Chill well and enjoy with smoked trout, chicken sandwiches, sushi or a Greek salad. Drink young, or cellar for a few years.
