Collector Lantern Red 2021

Collector Lantern Red is a floral, savoury blend of Tempranillo and Grenache.

Alongside its well-known Shiraz, Collector Wines explores Mediterranean varieties that suit the warm days and cool nights of south-eastern New South Wales. Tempranillo brings dark cherry fruit and fine, savoury tannins, while Grenache adds perfume, spice and a fleshy mid-palate. The result is a wine with violet, dark cherry and liquorice aromas and a dry, savoury finish.

It is a great all-rounder at the table. Serve at around 16 to 18 degrees with pasta, pizza or slow-cooked meat dishes.
