Collector Marked Tree Red Shiraz 2024

Collector Marked Tree Red Shiraz is a fragrant, peppery Shiraz from the Canberra District, made for early enjoyment.

This is the approachable Shiraz in the Collector range, but it is still made with the care that has earned the label its following. Canberra District Shiraz is known for a cooler-climate style, with pepper, spice and fine tannins in place of heavy extraction. The 2024 shows lively crimson colour, dark cherry, blackberry, pepper and aniseed, with a savoury, textured feel and a sturdy spine.

Pour it at around 16 degrees alongside lamb cutlets, pork and fennel sausages or a vegetable lasagne. It is weighted for early drinking and will also age gracefully for several years.
